All virtual meetings and call with Roth Right representatives will be recorded for quality assurance. 

ROTH RIGHT takes precautions to maintain the privacy of personal information concerning current and prospective individual Subscribers.  These precautions include the adoption of certain procedures designed to maintain and secure such Subscribers’ nonpublic personal information from inappropriate disclosure to third parties.  Federal regulations require ROTH RIGHT to inform Subscribers of this privacy policy.

ROTH RIGHT does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its prospective, existing or former Subscribers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law and regulation.

ROTH RIGHT restricts access to nonpublic personal information about its Subscribers to those of its employees and agents who need to know that information in connection with ROTH RIGHT’s business.  ROTH RIGHT may also disclose such information to its affiliates and to service providers and financial institutions that provide services to ROTH RIGHT. ROTH RIGHT will require such third party service providers and financial institutions to protect the confidentiality of the Subscribers’ nonpublic personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and to use the information only for purposes for which it is disclosed to them by ROTH RIGHT. ROTH RIGHT maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to safeguard nonpublic personal information and which ROTH RIGHT believes is adequate to prevent unauthorized disclosure of such information, in each case in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
